The Bílá village in the Beskydy mountains is a renowned winter sport centre. The wooden chapel of St. Cyril and Methodius may belong to the parish Ostravice and Bílá, but you will find it out by Hlavatá, a mountain village between Horní Bečva and Bílá. The simple chapel reminds one of the buildings by Dušan Jurkovič, the author of the renowned tourist chalets at Pustevny, whose works blend the classical elements of folk architecture in Beskydy and Kysuca with Art-Nouveau elements and rich ornaments. The chapel was consecrated in 1924, the faceted back window depicts the apostles of faith.

In the village Bílá you can adore the beautiful wooden church of St. Friedrich, dating from 1973–1875, inspired by Nordic architecture and Scandinavian buildings; the lookout Súkenická on the Čarták hilltop is also a favourite tourist destination.
